A Jeep! We bought this for $15!!
愛理の初めての車購入！中古で1500円也！
さすがアメリカ安すぎ。。。そしてボロボロ！

今日のクラフトは凧。

Daddy took Ailee to a Mother’s Day Event and made
me Flowers!
父と子で母の日のプレゼントを作ろうみたいなイベントがあり
お花を作ってくれました！

I had to go to Westbrook and drove by a park so we
checked it out and this is the best park so far!
Too bad it’s not close by. It’s a 15 minute drive maybe 20
今日たまたま通りすがった公園に行ってみたら今まで行った中で
一番良かった！でも車で１５〜２０分掛かるのでちょっと遠いかな？

It’s amazing how Coda just dives on to the slide and slides
even if I’m not there at the bottom.
Ailee would never have done this when she was his age.
She was very cautious. Coda just does anything without
thinking about it.
光大は怖がらずに何でも進んでやります。滑り台も私が下で
待ってなくてもどんどん滑っていきます。愛理はこの頃の時は
とっても慎重で自分一人では絶対滑ろうとはしなかったなぁ。。。
これは男女の違いなのか性格の違いか？

Last night Ailee spend the night at Jiji and Obachan’s.
The 3 of us went out to dinner that night and even
went out for breakfast the next morning!
昨夜愛理はじいじとおばあちゃんちに泊まりに行きました。
ここぞとばかりにその晩は３人で外食し、次の朝も外で
食べてきました！

Today’s craft was making a sun out of paper plates.
今日のクラフトは紙皿で太陽を作りました。

Coda loved petting the baby goat.
ずーっとヤギの赤ちゃんをなでてました。

Coda grabs the ball with both hands!
両手でボールを持ったのでびっくりしました。

Early birthday present from Jiji

Ailee got this from Peter’s friend when she was one!
She’s old enough to hold it herself and turn it on and off now.
愛理が１歳のときにもらったシャボン玉の機械。
今じゃ自分で持って電源を入れたり消したり出来るようになり
ほんと成長するのが早い〜

We put Coda’s crib in Ailee’s room and had them sleep
together now. At first Ailee was all excited and wouldn’t
go to bed for awhile but they are doing great.
昨日一緒の部屋に二人を寝かせてみました。愛理は最初
興奮してなかなか寝付かなかったけど大丈夫そう！

Coda loves it when Ailee imitates a monkey!
猿の物まねをする愛理に光大は大喜び！

Ailee went to see her first circus with Daddy
They have been doing father & daughter things more recently.
愛理はお父さんと一緒に初めてのサーカスを観に行きました。
