Ailee picked all the veggies grown at Jiji’s garden.
She ate all the raw veggies but the cooked ones
Coda ate mostly.
じーじの畑で野菜が穫れました！大根の葉と大根はみそ汁に、
茄子は味噌炒めにしてほとんどコーダが食べ、きゅうりとトマトは
そのまま生で愛理が全部食べました。最近火の通った野菜を好まず
生野菜は何でも好んで食べます。

He’s suppose to get better at eating but it seems he’s getting messier every time he eats pasta!
食べるのが上手になっていかなくちゃいけないのにどんどん汚くなっていってるみたいだ。。。

The craft store was doing craft projects for children.
Ailee made feathered pencils.
She kept telling the craft woman how she liked the color pink the VERY best
over and over and over again.
クラフトのお店で羽でえんぴつを飾る催しものをやってたので愛理も作ることに。
ピンク色が一番好きとお姉さんに何度も何度も言ってました。。。

Ailee has her own laptop which she watches You Tube.
She mostly watches childrens songs. She will pick one and keep watching it
for about ten times and then goes to the next and watches it for another 10 times
and keeps doing that. I think she gets that from me I listen to music I like and
listen to it over and over and over again…
The funny part is when she doesn’t play the video til the end and skips to a
different song she says “I’m sorry” I think she feels bad that she didn’t listen to
it till the end. She can count and read the numbers to 12.
Can spell Ailee, Coda and sometimes Daddy. She can identify quarters, dime, nickle
and pennies. She knows who’s on the back of a quarter, nickle and penny.
She is very neat. She always has to have a wet towel beside her when she eats
and wipes her hands and mouth every so often and she hardly ever spills.
She doesn’t take naps any more but will sleep around 12, 13 hours at night.
She still is HUGE compared to kids her age. She knows the difference between English and
Japanese and will speak English to her father and Japanese to me.
We were going to start her in Preschool this year but decided to enroll her in classes instead.
Thinking of putting her in gymnastics and art class. Maybe swimming too if we get picked in the
drawing.

Coda is babbling away recently. He thinks he is talking but nobody knows what he’s saying yet…
He tries to copy everything Ailee does and he’s starting to scream when he doesn’t get his way.
He is very very messy when eating food and throws everything around. He climbs on the table
and throws things already broke 5 glasses and dishes compared to Ailee which she hasn’t broken
anything yet! He takes one nap 2 to 3 hours long. If he gets waken up he is
cranky for awhile but if he wakes up on his own he’s happy. Sleeps with Ailee at night time so
12-13 hours at night. He looks down and makes a sad face when he’s told no but tries to make
you smile by smiling and trying to look cute right after that (he gets away with that ALOT!)
He is VERY cuddly he likes to be held and cuddle a lot. He pooped in the tub 2 times.
He hates to brush his teeth. He is ALWAYS hungry and will climb on his high chair and demand food.
He loves to dance and sing. He thinks he’s older than Ailee.

今愛理はユーチューブにはまっています。ほとんど童謡を見てるんだけど１曲を１０回位繰り返し
見ては次も１０回位見てって感じで見てます。最後まで見ないで途中で止めて次の曲に行く場合は
”ごめんなさい”といってあやまっています。。。１２まで数えて読める、英語でAileeとCodaそしてたまに
Daddyのスペルが言える（キーボードで打てる）お金の（小銭）の見分けと名前が言える（クォーター、
ダイム、ネコー、ペニー）クォーター、ネコーとペニーの裏に描かれている歴代大統領が言える、
食事する時はいつも濡れタオルが無いと嫌で手や口を拭いてほとんどこぼさないできれいに食べる。
昼寝はもう一切しなくなったが夜は１２、３時間寝る。まだ同じ３歳児に比べるとすごく大きい。
英語と日本語を使い分けられる。今年からプリスクールに入れようかと思ってたけどお稽古ごとを
やらせることにした。体操とアートクラス、市の水泳教室に抽選で入れたら水泳も。

光大はここ最近一人でいつもゴニョゴニョしゃべってます。いつも愛理の真似をしようとする。
気に入らないことがあると大声で叫ぶようになった。食事中は食べ物を投げたりしてとても
汚い。テーブルに登って物を投げ飛ばす、もう既にコップと皿を５枚割られた。愛理は今まで
まだ一度もガラスものを割ったことが無い。昼寝は１回２〜３時間で起こされた場合ものすごく
不機嫌だけど自分で起きた場合は二ッコ二コ。夜は愛理と一緒で１２〜１３時間。だめと言われると
下を向いて悲しそうな顔をしてしばらくするとニコッとして許してもらおうとする。
抱っこ大好きでいつも抱っこしてもらおうとする。お風呂に既に２回うんちをした。
歯磨きが大嫌い。いつもおなかが空いてる。何か食べたい時はハイチェアに座って要求する。
歌を歌うのと踊るのが大好き。愛理より年上だと思っている。

We went to the Deering Oaks water park for the first time.
But the water was freezing!
I can’t believe all the kids were in and swimming in it.
My feet hurt from the cold and couldn’t stay in too long.
車で１０分位の所の公園に行ってきました。
ここには水遊びできる所があるんだけど水道水をそのままじゃんじゃん
流して入ってるから水がものすごく冷たい！
足だけ入ったけど冷たすぎて痛いくらい。でも子供たちはみんな平気で遊んでました。

Ailee loved the slip n slide!
She played in it for about a hour by herself!
スリップンスライド（日本名不明）が大のお気に入りで
ずーっと１時間位一人で遊んでました。

Landyn and Ailee kept going back and forth over and over.
They probably would have done this for an hour too if they weren’t stopped!
泥の所に行っては又戻りって何回も繰り返し、止めなければきっとこれも１時間位
やってたかもしれない。。。

We did Nicholas (8), Madison (5), Landyn (3) and Ailee’s (3) birthday all together!
